I would not like to see the different classes being brought back.

I am old enough to remember the minis and celicas runnin around back in the eighties and the v8s then lapped them quickly and a number of front runners were taken out by idiots gettin in the way.

You didn't even know who was winning as the technology was a bit limited then.

More makes of the same thing doesn't interest me but I'd like to see variety in the types of cars racing, they seem to have forgotten parity doesn't mean things have to be the same only equal.

It seems like FPR , using the Morton licence are going to be building a team around James Courtney.

Fair dinkum that Ray price is lame arsed c@#k smoker.

So the extra coin that FPR have is going to fund a new team for Courtney.
What a f#@ki#g joke.
DJR are on the improve and 888 are Fords most succesful team for the last few years and they hand over a heap of coin to fund Courtney, Unf#@ki#gbelievable.

Even worse is the fact without Crashney all SBR have is the Giz.
How f#@ki#g dumb are Ford when one of the teams that they're throwing money at doesn't even have a top line driver.
Now i'm not saying the Giz can't drive but he has a long way to go yet and we don't even know who the second driver is going to be.

If i was caning DJR and 888 i'd want to know first and formost before handing over the money who was going to be steering one of my cars

I have been having a serious think about this and have come to the conclusion that while Ray Price maybe the chain c#@k smoker that we have all said he is, maybe he is not so silly. By taking the money and effectively an engine supply away from 888 he has forced 888 into a corner that sees them creating a technical alliance with DJR. By making FPR and SBR the "super squad" he has effectively created another "super squad" with 888 and DJR. I am not sure if he is smart enough to pre plan such a move but either way it was a prick of a way to go about it.

I wonder if he will look as clever if a third manufacturer comes in to support 888 and DJR?

FPR are looking the goods right now , but DJR and 888 aren't far off them and with a bit of consistancy lacking for FPR of late they Ford squad could be led again by an unfunded team, I don't know what Price is on but I reckon you could make a fortune at raves selling it.

From what I have been hearing 888 and DJR will virtually be a four car team next year similar to what FPR and SBR will be.
