Just looking at it on the tele I'd say they're pointing a bit too far to the right. :D

Does anyone else think that Dumbell deliberately held Fabien up

Dumb-Bell was definitely holding up Fabian until he got his third and last Blue flag. Fabian was a big chance to win that race, but as usual Tom's dirty team tactics come into play.

Dale Wood needs flogging for the incident between him and James. He gets my vote for TTT at Darwin.

Just finished watching todays race, a bit of a disaster, have to agree with the other comments and it will be Dale Wood just in front of Todd Kelly for next rounds TTT.

DAY 3

Cold again and fog till around 9.30ish which was interesting for the mini's trying to race it first up. Grandstand ticket holders were allowed a pit walk for the first time which was great, very poorly organised but being the first time we'll let it slide. No news on why no action on Tod for the coming together with James yesterday and James bad luck continued today.

It was very hard to know exactly what was happening there was no replay (for us at the track) of the incident and it took till the safety car for us to be able to finally hear what the track commentators were saying happened. I hope there is not too much damage I am sure however the guys will strip it back very quick and see what lies ahead. Good to see at least a ford won today?s race and tander was way back.

I have attached some pics from today?s events. Overall a great time, love the V8's wish we could do it all over again next weekend.

I like the sign on the side of the truck's tray:-
"Free unwanted vehicle removal."
Pity it's #18 on there.

I didn't enjoy today as much as yesterday.

I'm still very impressed with the speed of the DJR cars though. When you consider that we have only had these cars for a few months and we are already on the pace, I can't wait for the second half of the year. Watching the engine performance this weekend (which even Skaife commented on in comparison to the SBR 888 cars) I am convinced that as soon as we get a little bit better grip on how to tweak the chassis performance, the combination of a 888 chassis and DJR engine will be unstoppable.

Bring on the big HP circuits.

Well we have Hidden Valley next DJR-FAN. Will be interesting to see the various Horsepower battles and with the Sprint Tyre again in the mix it should prove to be an entertaining round.

I agree maddog. Both incidents were not of JC's making, however what worries me is that James often puts himself in high-risk situations where there is always that chance of coming off second best. I think at times James needs to be a little more patient and/or conservative. Still, the guy is super quick and I can't wait for him to put it all together over a weekend.

If the accident and drive through for Steve didnt happen what position were the boys looking at?

Let me see if I understand the rules after this weekend.

You accidently let a wheel roll into pit lane = Drive through penalty.

You 1. Try to run someone off the track by repeatedly moving across on them causing contact on the fastest part of the circuit
or 2. You punt them off the track into a tyre barrier whilst they are executing a passing manouver on you, destroying their car =
who gives a shit carry on as if nothing happened.

Just proves Mezera and his croonies are a bunch of fu$&%ng [jk] and if only I could get my hands on them there would be a few choice words and maybe even some black eyes dealt out.

Pisses me off how DJR seems to always be the ones copping the shit end of the deal.

Also it's not as if the pit lane was busy at the time.
There was no-one around and no-one was impeded - totally different scenario to a crowded pit lane in the middle of a rash of pit stops.
I think it's time for a little common sense!
