How about I blame too many Long 8 Super Premium Jim Beams & get the stupidity of Jnr going anywhere soon... He will stay in 17...

18 will be announced after Oran Park when he wins at least a heat.... Well, we hope so anyway...

Focus on 2010 memebers... This is where the next 18 driver will hand every other driver their ass... And this is good mostly for the king of rock & roll..... Uncle Richard...

Well lets hope you're right.

I'm like many of the fans here and will find it a little strange to see DJR without a Johnson behind the wheel of a JBR V8, and even more so if that Johnson is driving elswhere, . . . . . . .But i will find it really hard to get down if he's driving a Holden.

There is an upside if he's going to PMM though, it means we finally get shot of PM himself[jk], . . . a long time overdue!![bgn]

Read this in todays Melb sun.

Expect an announcement this week to confirm Will Davison to fill V8 Supercar`s most successful shoes.

Davison who drives for Dick Johnson`s ford team will swap manufacturers and fill Mark Skaife`s drive at the factory Holden Racing Team.

Skaife`s final drive in the sport comes next weekend at Sydney`s Oran Park.

Under the deal Davison is likely to agree to less money than he would have earned with DJR but it gives him a much better chance for race wins and the V8 championship.

Now not sure if this reporter nows anything or its just BS,maybe just maybe Will knows more than us?

Well if that's true and Will does see something better at HRT than DJR could give him I think he's totally misguided in his thinking.
DJR are far from building a slow car even with almost no money they weren't at the bottom of the pack and Will has had the best of what they have by the sound of it.

If he's going to get less money, . . .to take a line from Mr. T , . . . I pitty the fool!!

PCR are going to make an announcement in the near future. It would appear that they have managed to secure a second licence and have a driver in mind to fill the seat. He is a young gun that has alot of potential with the right car and team.

Cheers

"Andrew Thompson"??????????????????

He would be good, but it looks like being another young fella that has some potential in the right car. I don't think that we will hear for sure before 2009. This young bloke was at Oran Park with Fabian during this week for the ride days for their sponsors. I think that PCR was giving him a run in the car before they made their decision on who will get the drive.

Cheers
John

This one is true. The word is that the licence owned (or used) by Jim Morton (Ford Rising Stars), will be the 2nd licence for PCR, with Michael Patrizi as the driver. Not sure about sponsors etc yet. That is still being nutted out.

Cheers
John
