?They?ve always given us good equipment; what we had this year with our technical package from Triple Eight was really good. You have to understand we?ve had the benefit of that knowledge for a year.?

Cruickshank said the only thing that needs ironing out is its engine arrangement. KRE currently supplies engines to WSR and Cruickshank is keen to continue using KRE engines past 2009.

He said his team has already been in talks with Jim Beam Racing?s Charlie Schwerkolt and Adrian Burgess on how the teams could work with each other and did not rule out an alliance with Stone Brothers Racing.

?We are based at Stone Brothers and we still have a good relationship with them.

?We?ve never had anything to do with FPR although a couple of times their commercial director has asked us if we wanted to buy cars, but geographically it?s probably hard to do something with them,? he said.

I'm sick to death of reading this quote from Dane and Whingecrap.

"But how long can you reasonably expect someone to work for nothing? Would some of the fans who have given us a hard time work for nothing themselves?"

Ford were your sponsor you F@#king faggot not your F@#king employer. It's your responsibility to pay your employees not Ford. Stop trying to feed us this pile of crap and give us the fans some credibility.

I have a feeling that if CL/JW win Bathurst again, we could have a repeat of '92. The Holden bogans won't cheer because it's not a Holden and the Fordies will still be p!ssed that 888 will be a Bogan team. A pack of arseholes anyone?

Yep x1!

Sorry, but i don't think these two will win Bathurst even though up until a couple of weeks ago they were hot favourites.
I think they will be running blocks for the HRT boys from now on, including Bathurst, I've lost all respect for anything that Dane has touched and am suspicious of his motivations from this point on.

Seeing how he turned his dropping of the windscreen banner and the front Ford Logo into a BS story about lack of Ford money even though just like our team they did get 100% in kind support in cars panels and parts, I won't be able to believe one more word he utters.

Meh ....888, good riddance to them I say, but Ford did drop the ball big time with them, actually more like handed it to Holden on a silver platter.
