Yep awesome burnout. Not sure exactly how much was shown on the telecast but JC blew both rears and was torching the rims and he also lunched the engine. Great spectacle though and classic when they showed the in-car shots of nothing but smoke. Absoloutely priceless :D

I think the car was sounding a bit second hand by the end of the straight already, . . . . you have to admit James knows how to celebrate, . . .

and at least he didn't beach it on a ripple strip like some pathetic looser, . [crackup]

Did you guys see the roof cave when he was jumping on it:eek:

Yes I did Maq. That was gold. I don't think that the team would mind, plenty more panels back in the workshop to fix her up as good as new again. That panel would be a good one to hang on the wall Maq!! :) I bet that the team auction everything off the car from the last round. i want a back window with a #1 on it.

Cheers

Hey guys, been offline for a couple of weeks whilst I get through the move interstate (relocated back to Canberra after my marriage imploded).

However, this didn't stop me from watching bits of Sandown, and both Homebush races, to cheer James on.

What an incredible result for James individually, and the team as a whole.

I don't know about anybody else, but I want a high res shot of cars 17 and 18 side by side destroying two pair of control tyres[bw]

I emailed Lisa McKoy regarding that (I suggested it would be an EXCELLENT wallpaper) - and top marks for her getting straight back to me

Hi Paul

Best I can do is the following screen shot as none of the official photographers was in the area at the time.

Cheers

The file she sent me was the same one that is floating around the net
