Agree with u 4 ever

James should have waited. That pass was a bathurst 09 brain fart all over again. Very.lucky they all bent it.

I reckon he'll do some soul searching tonight. I think he did the wrong thing signing hrt. They'd a parked it today......not scotty and the djr boys, and the mother.boys getting in they're too. Good on the lot of em. I'm sorry they have so much work on tonight.

Why can't roland dane just stop talking for once. About time dick got the control line back.....it only took 18 years, since that fateful bathurst.

Dirvers are worried about hitting the concrete walls.........................not HRT, they can't afford any more major damage so they just crash in to people in the pits
In the workds of M Skaife "GOOD JOB"

Congratulations to all the boys in the team for the fantastic effort of getting James' car back out in time.

Great racing all day yesterday, with the different strategies and the yellow's still put all three top guys at the front.

What a mess the weather made of things, and I'm sure the average spectator will have been pretty happy with all the crashes they got to see. I'm sure Cochrane will be saying how exciting it was and calling the race of the year etc...

To see James and the others continue on slicks.....well once a racer always a racer.

Awesome result from Jonno and Stevie.

And a championship is almost in the hands of DJR again......wher it belongs.

About bloody time........well done boys.

Aaron Noonan and dj commentating the Muscle car race:-

Noonan:- "There's been a bit of smoke coming from the rear of the HQ. It doesn't look too bad..."
dj:- "It's a Holden!"

Congrats to everyone at Djr for a stellar performance this year. Must have been a trying couple of months all things considered. I couldn't be happier, I'll be driving my ute complete with Jim Beam Racing decal as happy as a pig in sh17 tomorrow :D If anyone can find footage of the post race press conference I'd love to see it.

Thanks Poita, I wish they'd televise the press conferences, really shows a different side to some of the drivers.

How good a weekend.

Webby, good job first win.

James a deserved champion.

Skaifey - comments on how good Junior was driving, not only holding "the other brand" out, but the fastest of the top group of cars. Finally some credit where credits due.....

Go "The Team".....................

At the start of race two, Mitch and I were metres away from James waiting on the grid. A moment I will treasure forever was in the last seconds before the mechanics left the grid, several DJR guys gave James the hang-cool salute. The last man to do so was Adrian Burgess.

It was an awesome, and somehow, very personal moment.

No matter what happens now, thank you to all the guys on the DJR floor.

(just wish I had my camera out. D'OH!)

Yep awesome burnout. Not sure exactly how much was shown on the telecast but JC blew both rears and was torching the rims and he also lunched the engine. Great spectacle though and classic when they showed the in-car shots of nothing but smoke. Absoloutely priceless :D

You could hear it bouncing off the limiter the whole way down the straight.
