Yep, well, thought I would get the ball rolling for the upcoming round at Hidden Valley. At the moment, I am sitting down in SA, watching the temp getting lower and lower... Currently 3.2 degs, moving towards an overnight low of -1 degs. So, as you can imagine, I am looking forward to getting on the plane on Wednesday and heading north. Once again, I will be off to Darwin for the V8s.

I am hoping that the momentum that JC and DJR currently have keeps on going. Would really like to see JC or Jnr for that matter show that the team does have what it takes, and can do it on the hard tyre as well. (And I promise not to kick Jnr in the shins, or ask him how much kava he had prior to his mishap in Fiji)

My other enduring quest is to find some decent grid blokes, not some overweight has-beens with way too much room to park a bike when they bend over. I have high hopes for Hidden Valley, the sun will be out, and it has been kind to me before...

Here's what I have found previously.....

Oh, and I'll try to post some updates, but can't promise anything, likely to be distracted by the serenity!

I think Pete was just being tactful and giving the benefit of the doubt, . . . . . [help]

One slip of a word and you clowns go to town on it...[f][f]

Ah the old you have misinterpreted me excuse eh Bartman . They say the subconcious mind can let you down occasionally. You must need a proof reader for your posts. May I suggest the cougar hunter as suitable.[crackup]

Dont worry doug I would never throw mud at someone I haven't met yet. Bartman on the other hand knows that it is all in jest and will no doubt pay me back in kind when he gets the chance[ak]. If I make it to Bathurst I will buy you both a drink.[sc]

Have been out an about today, managed to catch the transporter parade through town, and it's the first time I have actually managed to see it in all the time I have been coming up here for the races.

So, here are some snaps from the parade today, and Bartman, you can openly drool over these (it that's what rocks ya boat[crackup])

There was a fair crowd along the streetes to watch it all go by, and plenty of people lined up for an autograph session in the mall. Looking forward to heading to the track tomorrow.
