Another brain dead group in the IPO, when common sense should prevail we have another bunch of idiots referring to the rules as they are printed.
Courtney's comment after the incident with Lowndes, trying to blame Lowndes when he was being the idiot most of the weekend.
Only good thing to come out of it was the efforts of HRT.

the slack pricks at the V8 website have not put the points up yet so I cant calculate the tipping..

They've got noting up at all, I'm trying to do the drivers points as well as the teams points.
I just read their tipping comp will not operate until round three, useless pricks, they've probably have 3 people working full time on that website and couldn't get f@#k all ready for the start of the season.

No potential about it!
First we have to contend with Tander[}
] giving Steve the Liberace and destroying a race podium (of course not much said because we're not HRT, 888, HSVDT etc. Reverse the rolls and there would have been an uproar!) Then a top 3 for the round is taken from us when Steve is expected to come to a stop behind a failing car that parks for a DNF at the end of the lap
. Honestly, what do we have to do! I don't know how members of the team control their rage. In the heat of the moment I don't think I could have stopped myself from walking up to Tim Schenken pumching him right in the mouth.I've calmed down now and can be happy with the fact that we leave the round 4th in the championship, even though we're 70 points and at least 1 place short on where we should be.

, 17 was definately quicker today, so the changes made overnight are a good sign the team are getting a handle on the car. A great drive by Steve. Unlucky for Will, I would have liked to see what he could have done today.

So not happy with the on track action for the djr. Stevie was so robbed.
Have just left the track after 4 tough days. Not sure how much was on the telcast, but was a tough weekend, with 4 drivers (1 fujitsu, and 3 ute) ending up in hospital. Was a great thing the officals did with the v8 supercar reverend (I think that's what he is) saying a prayer and moments thoughts for Ashley Cooper. Hope he comes out of it okay, along with Matt Kinglsey after a massive ute crash. Dontas and Elsegood are meant to be getting released today.

Well what a f#@king joke thyat was. It proved a lot of things I've suspected about the category.
Firstly, the majority of the f#@kwits they emply couldn't drive a f#@king greased stick up a horse's arse. Secondly, that James Courtney is a f#@king hypocrite. Thirdly, that Murf's still a cranky c@#t who should spend more time coaxing speed out of his car than trying to biff the blokes in Fords as they blast past. Fourthly, that Craig Lowndes has only half a brain. Fifthly, that hlaf a brain is better than whatever shit is in Courtney's head. Sixthly, that Tander's a flog. Seventhly, that HRT couldn't engineer a reliable reverse kanga. Eighthly, that Whincup's a f#@king good pedaller. Ninethly, that so is Frosty. Tenthly, that Junior deserves a medal for being a good bloke, a good steerer, and for not throttling f#@king dickheads who ruin a good race meeting.
And lastly, that you CAN get cars two-wide around Turn 8 if the blokes steering them use a bit of tact and nouse, rather than just blasting away and then crying to Beretts when the house of cards comes crashing down.

D 11.5 End of SC Deployment
11.5.1 When the Race Director calls in the SC, it will extinguish all the flashing lights and enter the Pit Lane pits at the end of that lap.
11.5.2 As the SC is entering the Pit Lanepits, the yellow flags and SC boards at the flag posts will be withdrawn.
11.5.3 When the SC has pulled off the circuit and the Cars are approaching the control line, a green light/green flag will be shown at the start line and all flag posts will wave a green flag.
11.5.4 Overtaking or any degree of overlapping remains strictly forbidden until the Cars pass the control (timing) line unless a Car slows with an obvious problem.
Hmmm. I think I saw something like that today.
In fact I beleive the wrong car was penalised. Car 111 was in fact the vehicle in breach of the following rule also under Division "D" Part 11.
D 11.4 Deployment of SC During a Race
11.4.7 All Cars must maintain the same speed as the SC whilst in convoy and the same speed as the Car in front. All Drivers must maintain a maximum distance of five (5) Car lengths from the Car in front.
I'll need to watch the restart again, but I'm pretty sure that he was more than 5 car lengths from the car in front, which to me would indicate an obvious problem. Of course the Official V8Supercar website could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time.
