It would be a strategic coup for Ford to excercise their option, craig is a pretty good racer and knowing how much it would piss holden off would be enough for me if I were at Ford to make it so.

Don't forget it's only IF lowndes wants it to happen, it is starting to look as if that may not be the case.

Interesting to see that CL is claiming that he didn't know which manufacturer 888 would be with before he signed with them and JW is saying that he did know. Someone is telling porkies!!!!!!

It'll be interesting if they bring the dunnydoors out to test them, effectively they should be able to test them as much as they want.

No. "Teams" are still restricted to the set number of test days.

I'm not saying they couldn't test the 'commodes' instead of</u> the 'Hogs' - but they don't get any 'extra' testing

Every new car gets 20 shake down laps don't they that are not included in the test days. They could use that for the Crappodores

It really is a Culture within Holden to ?????? What is the word I am looking for?? Ah! CHEAT..there is really only one word for it. If they are allowed to test those things for the next 6 months then some one needs to do something about it.

I guess it doesn't gain as much as it used to, but it may lead to them thinking they know more about the car than they actually do.

The VE has been homologated. No V8 superfarce team can build and then test it outside of VE$A's rules and regulations.

Before it's homologated you can go your hardest like HRT did with the first VE

And in thia case the emphasis is on the firt part of the word Homologated.
