I hope he does not have the withdrawel symtoms of Peter Brock. Any thing more than a once last stand is meaningless.

I'll be cheering that one on from the grandstand JB. First corner, #05 in the wall, doesn't get better than that!!
If Brock doesn't go to badly at Sandown i think you will find he partner's Skaife[}:)] in 05.
With any luck, Playdough in number 2 will go up the inside of 05 and take them both out on the first corner

luvgreenstuff, I guess the same applies to Peter Brock, that is he has nothing more to prove but he's on his 2nd comback. As for Dick, there are two things that could happen if he makes acome back, the pros:D is new DJR fans (like myself) who have not seen or pay attention of him race, the opportunity to do so. the cons:( here is that one of the DJR drivers will be kick out of the Bathursts race. And there is also the possibility of him driving very slowly! As much as I love to see he made a comeback, I think he will be crazy enough to make a comeback if that is what he will do.

To quote Chalks when I asked his opinion on Brocks comeback, he was adamant he didn't want to criticise brock in anyway, however he also wondered what the King of the Mountain could actually achieve - all this has the potential to do is diminish his "hero" status, unless he gets a fairytale win - and in my opinion,(doug) unless he is paired with Skaife, it just won't happen.

Well Brock can follow his dream and show to us how age is simply not a issue until he's a lap down!

Even with Skaife he won't do any good.
The only way Brock has a chance of a fairy tail ending is if there are a heap of pace cars and he manages to stay on the same lap.
Something that this year will be harder due to less cars being on the grid so the likely hood of plenty of accidents has diminished.
Brock was 2 seconds a lap slower at QR during a sponsor drive day and 2 seconds a lap slower at Winton during testing.
