Hi all, i took part in a photo shoot for Unique Cars Magazine on Friday. The article is all about different model GT falcons etc and my trusty old XT GT will be on the cover.(can't wait)
The day was held at a motorcycle track in Broadford Melbourne where we were given the chance to sample the new 335 Boss Gt, the supercharged v8 was a beautiful thing. Also had the chance to do about 20 laps of the track in the XT and now have a new level of respect for blokes like Fred Gibson for blasing around the mountain in these cars.

Just picked up my copy if Unique Cars Mag, can't wipe the smile off my face, great to see my XT GT has the main shot on the cover.
Who reads this mag?

I don't buy it very often, but I grabbed a copy last week when I spotted it in the newsagency. Great photoshoot DJRMAD and a nice looking XT GT you have got there.

Good work MAD, Im always suprised by the amount of top looking and rare cars from Mexico, Im guessing its because of the Motor Industry down there?? I seen a rare EB Cobra in a car yard at Campellfeild one day when driving trucks.
Wish I had $14odd grand [bw]

I don't think it would have been a 'factory' cobra?

IIRC EBs were the first of the XRs.. ?? [drive]

There was a special "One off" Built for Edsel Ford 2nd, Developed from a 5.0L Fairmont and had a twin exhaust.
But im assuming the one i seen in the car yard was a fakie :mad:, 14g would have been a bit cheap for the EB Cobra.
