Just saw that they have blamed Fabian for the whole crash because he kept the racing line and prick kelly was trying to make ground up outside the line and they made contact with kelly slowing then and cramping the field , . . surely taking 35 points for an incident in the non race is just as dumb as declaring a winner? . . there is no traction in the wet and an some idiot want to try to come round the outside out of control? . . not much has changed in the category

Leading the teams championship and headed to a round where only reliability stood in our way last year with the driver who dominated the round last year, should be odds on for another strong showing

That was nice to see, as lame as the racing actually was this weekend, the 15 seconds in the pits kept the danger from our rear end , but a win is a win, and a 1 & 2 was fantastic. [y][y]

We're a force now and a direct threat to T8, today's result is one of the best we have had in years.

Man, this has been a long time coming, and isn't it bloody fantastic!
I'll never get sick of this repetition.

I'm wondering if anyone here is good with the rule book,
We were told that a penalty can only be applied where a driver is deemed to be wholly at fault in an incident,
Further if no points were awarded for a round, then any points deducted from the round should also not be taken since it was declared no race.
I'm curious because although I'm the take it on the chin type, it would be a shame if it came down to the last few points where this could have been appealed .

I'd be no good with a rule book. I'm too biased [bw]

I read yesterday that Coulthard's penalty related only to the incident between himself and Rick Kelly and that he was not held responsible for what occurred behind. And Rick has stated that he agrees that Coulthard cannot be blamed for the actions of drivers behind and is not at fault for the whole crash. I think he even went as far as saying Coulthard made an error - which everyone does at some stage. Although he has bagged what he views Coulthards lack of remorse. (and Rick would be the expert on that!)

Can't see any reason in that video why Coulthard got even questioned about his driving let alone a points deduction.

They're starting to release almost all the footage from all the cars involved.
It looks a bit like Tander tried his Bathurst trick.

All the cars involved video's . . once again, I'm left wondering, because the penalty was said to be given where a driver was wholly responsible, rick hits fabs twice clearly shifting the car before the contact with the wall which wasn't caused by being pushed into it as he claimed,. . he hits and then bounces back out hitting Fabs and damaging that rear wheel, anyway . . you watch,
