Never thought much of ten-tenths.
In fact as a web 2.0 dev i have a dislke for forums that are not run correctly.
IE : Forums that allow people that dont know about a subject to make comments that would not be printed in the press.
I have been reading Ten-Tenths to catch up on WTCC and have come across the DJR thread.
So I posted the following.
I am new to Australia but not new to Motorsport...or the world of business.
What I find amazing is the hype that the DJR financial problems have produced.
Have you people in Australia have nothing more important to comment on?
Granted DJR or The Dick Johnson Group have got into trouble but unless you are a supplier who is unhappy with the settlement that the Administrators of the DJR have put forward, I don?t think you are qualified to comment...And if you were you would not make such statements in this forum.
The problem with internet forums (And this comes from a Web 2.0 dev worker) it is a place for people to make comments on issues that in reality they WOULDNT be commenting on...The same people BTW that thin Wikipedia is a definitive source of correct information
If you disagree with me why don?t you contact DJR or the Administrators, or the relevent government body and state your grievances...Of course leaving your name and address.
Or:
Why don?t you write a letter to a main stream news publication (The ones that require a name and address for publication)
Or:
Contact a TV news or current affairs service and ask them to investigate.
I am positive that Australia have avenue for disgruntled creditors to pursue if they feel they have be treated unjustly.
Oh but hang on how many of you are creditors of DJR or the DJR Group?
Some of the people that have posted are same people that think Wikipedia is the replacement for a well researched enclyopedia.
Will I comment on the DJR / DJR Group problems?
No...Because don?t have the full facts.
I will post again when I have something to say that I can base on fact.
Keep up the good work DJR Club 17 and DJR !
