Yarp!

But I'm dreading the 'Big Finale' crowd. Its always a bugger to get out of OP and a lottery on getting a good park down the Northern Rd.

I swore I wouldn't go back again but it is a special occasion. J-DUB will be crowned champ and "big nose" will be leaving. I will have to see what happens with work.

Couldn't have had a better outcome for the red enemy at Simmons Plains, Tander off , Skaife no where to be seen, RKelly way back, Enforcer off the the pace, fantastic racing results, and Will and Steve chasing each other around all day to finish p5 & 6, Gr8 results guys for the weekend.
If the guys can do it again at Oran park we will finish on a High for 2008.[bc]

Does anybody make T-shirts? I'd love to make up a "Thanks For The Memories Gonzo" with that pic of Rusty swerving at him at Eastern Creek!

There's better than Rusty swerving at him.

Like the time he rolled the GTR or when he backed the Winfield Commy into the turn 1 fence at EC

Or when he crashed at bathurst in 2008 [bc] & when he crashed at bathurst in 2007 [bc] & when he crashed at bathurst in 2006 [bc]......Oh dear.. I'm gonna miss him on the hill in 2009 Col..

There was a trend happing & ol Snoz had to F**k off & spoil all our fun didn't he [hb]. Geez I'm gonna miss him..

This still brings a smile to my face!

That was a moment, wasn't it, . . . . .

won't miss that next year [bc]

That was a massive hit. Lets hope that young Jack is there next year again. He has a habit of hitting Red cars, walls and basically anything that is on the side of the track at Bathurst. Well done Jack!

Makes you wonder if those eyes are just painted on, . . . . .

The sad thing is that Larry is going to make sure he's there, good enough has nothing to do with it.[gcs]

Those of you that go to Oran Park should give Skaifey the same send off we gave Brock in his first retirement in 97.
It was the Lakeside round and Brocky was doing the goodbye year thingy.
He finished the race well outside the top 10 but because he was retiring they let him drive around behind the podium winners.
Anyway there was about 20 of us on the scaffolding and on the back of the truck and we all gave Brocky the a moon

LOL

We were at Oran Park in '97 when he did the Ute lap and someone yelled out "WIFEBASHER!" [:0]

PB whipped his head around and gave the filthiest look. [lol]

Lets hope that Skaifey has pulled his strides back up after Tom has finished with him Col, otherwise if old Snoz does indeed do a ute ride of his own & he's still in his usual position from when Toms around [sa], the crowd at OP might get the reverse of what you gave PB & I'm sure much more the what the crowd will have bargained for...

Get used to it Will...[sa][sa]

Pity we don't have something like this on Skaife, . . . . . .
I fear we are going to see him a lot more as an "expert" comentator with cromley during the V8's next year, and I personally can't stand that know it all manor he has with the condecending lines he delivers throeuh those gay glasses half way down his nose.[jk]

Yeah it'd be good just to see the end of the bastard!![gcs]
