I was reading the new AMC magazine article on Peter Geoghegan's Super Falcon, and it got me thinking about multiple touring car championship winners... SO: Name the former multiples winners of the ATCC who have won championships in more than one marque of car. List their different brands, and for extra brownie points, name the multple championship winner who won in both Ford and Holden products (there has been only one to my memory) who Dick Johnson once openly admitted to idolising in his younger days.

Mark Skaife. Nissan 1992, Holden 1994, 2000, 2001, 2002.
Jim Richards. BMW 85, 87, Nissan 90, 91.
Bob Jane. Jaguar 62, 63, Chev Comaro, 71, 72.
Norm Beechy. Mustang 65, Monaro 70.
Allan Moffat. Falcon 73, 76, 77, Mazda 83.
DJ was always a Norm Beechy fan if I remember correctly.

Correctamundo! I found it interesting that nobody has won multiple championships with more than two manufacturers.
Now, the other side of the coin: name the drivers who have won multiple championships with a single manufacturer.

Rob17, you obviously pay attention to what's gone on in years past... and it'd be great for the last entry to be right too!

Yeah Henry, It's hard to believe looking at that list, that with all the money & factory support that Brock only won 3 titles.

I think we were lucky that he got absorbed in project like the ETC and Le Mans, as it kept him away for months at a time! Still I think that it speaks volumes for all the blokes who DIDN'T win 9 Bathursts, but cleaned up in the ATCC -- there's a lot more to Australian Touring Car history than Peter Brock.
