The one at the Chase was at redline in top, a feather through the kink... and then BIG EYES, a quick handful of lock, and a slither and shake down the road... a quick spin on the grass. Watch the footage on the "True Blue" video, count the seconds between the moment Dick's eyes go wide and he starts working the wheel in quick, sharp, measured portions, and the moment the dust clears and you can see how far the car travelled in those scant heartbeats....
....then look at the 1996 yearbook at the photos of Skippy Parsons in Glenn Seton's Falcon, airborne, the suspension drooping, travelling at 270-odd km/h, backwards and a metre off the ground at the same spot where she popped a piston out of a brake caliper...
