In MS News this week that Andrew will return for Sandown & Bathurst with DJR. That's great news I reckon!![^][^][^]

Two old DJR drivers, Ritter & McClean will return to GRM again in 2007 also.

Awesome News Rob! Let's hope Alex Davison returns to DJR for an enduro drive as well as he was strong last year...

Alex & Thommo would make a great combo for the enduro's me thinks.

Crazy that Alex D can't get a full time gig though after his performance with DJR in 2006.

Great news. Congrats Andrew, a just reward for last season.

I would assume that the second driver would be Grant. A lot of sponsor dollars would probably hinge on him starting Sandown and Bathurst. He performed well at Bathurst. Top 10 for a first timer is an excellent result and while he didn't have the outright speed of Alex he was on pace and stayed out of trouble.

V8 Supercars was talking about (with objections from teams) having all drivers remain in their car # that they start the year in to avoid the HRT/HSVDT driver swap problem of last year. :):):D Sorry I was just getting an image of 4' jockey framed Grant sitting in Steve's 6' prop forward seat.[:0]

Motorsport News also reports that we have signed Alex Davison in the other vacant enduro seat.

Gotta be happy with that!

Spot on Jase. They could pair any of these 4 drivers with who ever they like & they can't go wrong. Thommo might be a little bit green yet but by the time he heads to Sandown, he'll have had plenty of runs in the Howard Falcon & plenty of testing with DJR so you'd think he'd be on the money come the enduro's. We all know he had plenty of speed up there last year & blew the top spec Perkins VY's away with Price & Jack on board so speed won't be a prob.

17 - Johnson-Thommo
18 - Davison-Davison
