The Team had a secret launch today in Sydney.
i love the silver in the car not to sure about the red, it sort of looks like a dayglo red, i guess ill have to wait and see in the flesh.

Livery is good, could be better but much cleaner then past 888 liveries.

What worries me is the reduction in size of the front splitter & them 'faggie' side skirts. I just hope that Ford haven't f@#ked up again with the signing off for the 2007 BF Falcon. Just had a look at Spuds new #51 VE over at V8 Central & the front splitter seems much bigger on the shots provided then the 888 BF.

I don't want to sound defeatest here but how many times in the past (Yes we all remember) has Holden pulled a swifty with the homologation of a new model??? I can see it now when Holden wins the 1st 5 rounds & we either have to put up with Holden teams saying that "The Ford boys haven't been working as hard as us in the off season" or "it just shows what a brilliant car the new VE Commodore is" or "We just have all the good drivers on the Holden side & that is why the new car is so fast".

That reduction with the front bar has me worried & from the shots provided by 888, it doesn't look that much bigger then a standard GT Falcon!

I hope they haven't screwed it up again!
I don't mind the sideskirts so much but the front looks a bit strange.
I thouhgt both makes were to have a reduction in downforce for 07. I hope both sides are playing fair but when has that ever happened?

I'm not sure if I like it or don't.. Think I'll wait until I see it in the fesh before I jury...

The front splitter looks much smaller, but I love the side skirts..
