Another brilliant effort from the team 3rd in the teams championship would be well and truly deserved (in the oldest cars in the field WOW!!)

Great effort from the team on the weekend. Hopefully they can keep 3rd spot now and make a clean sweep for Ford.

Yep, great to see DJR up in 3rd with two old dungers! There really seems to be some consistency about the place at present. Hopefully they can find a tenth or two in the near future. Im excited about 2009!

Holden Racing Team driver and reigning Champion Garth Tander is now mathematically out of Championship and at best could end as runner-up.

Despite his disappointment, Tander was in good spirits after the completion of Round 13 at Symmons Plains today (Sunday).

?As far as pit lane position and teams championship </u> goes, all that stuff is still on the line so we need to make sure we keep performing as well as we can.

The 2 teams that Ford dumped finish in the top 3 in the teams championship? I'd like to see that!

I bet Ford management will put their head in the sand if we do have Ford 1,2,3 in the Team championship. Just like they did when 888 won Bathurst gain this year. I wonder if there will be a few executive management jobs advertised soon....

Anyway, fingers crossed that the DJR boys can bring it home at Oran Park. The way that Steve has been qualifying and racing recently, it is quite likely.

Go Steve at Oran Park !!

it's about time Steve got one over Will as well, before the end of the year, so Go Steve for a podium at Oran Park.

Ford 1-2-3 in teams championship
Non Ford funded teams 1st and 3rd
DJR/JBR third. Not a bad effort for the boysdriving the two oldest clunkers in the series.
Only two rungs to climb next year boys

Both cars seemed to be a little off the pace this weekend but the boys did well to hold on to that no 3 spot!

Just hung on for third, both cars really struggled and in the end the team finished third by 56 points.

Great effort by the whole team, bring on 2009.
