Sandown Lap times.

  • 1. "Your knowledge and input is always welcome but please respect the team, the drivers and other members. Abuse or harsh criticisms will not be tolerated".

Anybody get to see the fastest lap times of all four DJR drivers on Sunday, I would just like to compare them to each other and also to SBR and the fast cars from the dark side, just to get a good guide on how close we can run with them at the mountain Thanks if you can help.

Donk the best I can do: Luff was the quickest of the 4 drivers with an 11.4 which was the 5th or 6th quickest car out there. There were only 6 cars to lap under the Race lap record & #17 was one of them. I don't think SJ had much of a chance to set to quick of a lap as most of his stint was interupted by traffic & pace cars. Kelly set an 11.8 in #18 which was compareable with most of the other hot runners, eg. Bowe, Richards etc. All the race lap times are still up on NATSOFT if you want to check them out for yourself.. But judging on them lap times, DJR should be very competetive at Mt Panorama in 3 weeks time, and as we always know, DJR cars are never slow at Bathurst..
