Does any one Know if Whingcup gets max points next race, What would be the lowest place Jc would need to finish to claim the Title?

Even though Jc is going to win any way.

Without pulling the abacus out, I reckon he would still need to finish 3rd or 4th in each race if Whingecup won both races

I don't mind, as really this situation rarely comes up, and the rules are the same for everyone

For all we know every other team made some changes as well, it's just if someone from 888 farts or breaks a fingernail, Crompton and Skaife will find a way to bring it up in commentary and rave on about how good Roland Dane is

 9 :10 =  6pts
10 :11 =  6pts
11 :12 =  3pts   then each place is 3 pts less... down to 29th

JC has a 53 point lead... so if JW was to score the max 300... JC needs to score 248 to win.

any combination that has a total of 248 or more will do - eg: 2nd + 5th -or- 3rd + 4th will still win it (by 2 points)

Of course, if JW doesn't win both races,... JC can afford to progressively drop more places.
