Drive of the day

Scotty Mc drove an awesome race from the highlights I saw which barely included him , but for me drive of the day as much as crompton wanted to rave about jizzburgler's new green tyres and all that grip so he was going to be a contender , only to admit it wasn't with 2 laps to go, the drive of the day has to go to Fabian, who in the mid pack madness of the first 20 laps kept it clean and came up to 6th from 14th,. it was a great display of attitude tempered with finesse I can only hope he's a bit closer to the front today , ..would be great to see both our boys on the podium today.

BTW, My 2c
the experiment of letting the kid with Australia's richest dad race in the flagship category has to be over now , surely?

Rullo is not up to it and should be demoted to the P plate class asap in my opinion, to let him get up to speed with other new kids to batter and bruise , the experiment is a failure and the results are frankly, embarrassing.

Hope we get better at claiming the sunday trophy for the endurance season, though you could argue we're pretty good at claiming the first race of the weekend at the moment which bodes well for Bathurst. The switch to last years tyres makes that a bit of an unknown though.

It's a good problem to have though DK, previous years we would have being doing cartwheels over Sunday results.

Oh absolutely, it's funny how a bit of success changes expectations. I was worried 888 were going to pickup a head of steam after their mid season test like they usually do and overrun us but so far we've still got the edge. Would be great if PRA get their consistency together and keep taking points away from 888 too, I hope the guys don't suffer at Bathurst and in NZ with the change to last years tyres but I guess it will be the same for everyone.

Thinking of trying to get to Bathurst, but then again i've never managed to be there for a Ford win, would hate to jinx us by being there!
