Guys, guys...... all top guesses but not the one I'm after.

Round head lights were in models before and after HK and XA
I think seat belts were mandatory before HK era????
Probably only offered front discs back then.
Twin head lights and T-bar are worthy guesses but no cigar.
Ah yes the TEN brand push button radio and good ol RTS (BS) - not introduced on HK
Brand new floor pan - good guess but not right.

I'll give a hint...

Its to do with the sedans and wagons.... the similarity that changed from HK onwards to the present day, and from the XA onwards to the current day.

KEEP ON TRYING - YOU'LL GET IT!!!!

Think of external and highly visible - easy to see differences (and similarities).

Things were made alike sedans and wagons before the HK and XA, but began to differ from the HK and XA to the present day.

Rear doors ?

I mean rear passenger doors, although I recall a HT wagon I had for a paddock bag buggy (it's a long story) and remember the fold up rear window winder and fold down tail gate (perfect at the drive in)

While on the subject of unique features on Aussie built cars, What did the P76 have that was a first for an Australian built car?

Pre HK & XA same as the Sedans
Post HK and XA unique to the Wagons

Hmmmmm, that obvious huh , and there were two door versions of XM's and XP's for those wondering.
