Love this time of the year..

Practice 2 Fujitsu Series.

1. Andrew Thompson 1.24.5
2. Michael Caruso 1.25.0
3. Kayne Scott 1.25.0
4. Simon Wills 1.25.4

Those DJR engines are doing their job at Howard Racing, & also of intrest is that Thommo is still using DJR's #71.

It has always suprised me that more teams don't use DJR engines. Very reliable and plenty of HP. Thats why I'm excited about this season, DJR engines with some chassis engineering by T8, IMHO it's a better match than T8 and SBR engines.

Go DJR!

Andrew 'Thomo' Thompson , was the fastest on track at the end of the season last year so it's great to see him doing the job again.:D:D

Race 1..

1. Caruso Ford
2. D'Alberto Holden
3. Webb Ford

Thompson was right on Caruso's hammer on the 2nd last lap but looks like he's fenced it @ turn 8 & obviously DNF'd & looks like he's out for the weekend. Bummer!

The other car of note to keep an eye on for djr fans is Fernandez in the ex Gatorz DJR Ford, who was running 3rd late in the race but got punted by Webb in the ex Ambrose BA, which put Jose out of contention & Webb into the stewards room by all reports.

Still no confirmation of the official results....

That must have been an awesome drive & shows that he's got the talent & the car (Don't forget the engines) to do the job in 07..
