Ford money 4 DJR.

Has Ford locked in DJR or more precisely extended their contracts as it did with Stone Bros. FPR and 888 racing late last year.They were throwing a lot of money at the above teams with no mention of the most succesful and loyal Ford team ever, We are clearly not the golden boys in Fords eyes anymore but loyalty should count for a bloody lot. With Polities leaving Ford it would be nice to know upgraded contracts were in place. While I'm at it is there any word on Shell extending beyond this year.

Hi Donk, Steve Chalker, DJR General Manager has replied to your query by saying that both issues are currently in negotiation stages and it is too early to release any more detail at this stage. However, rest assure, when an agreement is reached we will let you know.

Well I, like many many others hope tha both Shell and Ford look after DJR, we all know that the last couple of years have been lean, but DJR are on their way back, and have been a the most lyal od all Ford Teams, Even themighty Stone Bros looked at Mitsubishi, DJ would never do that.
Hope all goes well with negotiations Steve.

Well said, TS50! DJR deserve the support as they were flying the Ford flag when many current teams were still in nappies.
