I have read on other Forums, that the mighty DJR is up 4 sale ??
Has anybody else heard this rumour.?? I hope this isnt the case.

Having literally just put the Phone down from Steve Chalker, DJR General Manager, the team is definately not "on the market" and next year is shaping up to be very big for both the Konica and maingame entrants.
We can all breath easy!

Not even halfway into the season & the silly one is starting. Maybe we should put in Thread for these Rumors to see which one come true in for the 2005 Season.

No reflection on you,"Tormentor" I know you didnt start the rumour, I also read it on another forum, but the bloke who started the thread is just a s#&t stirrer who doesnt know 'Jack'. It must be annoying for those at DJR among others to constantly be putting to bed unsubstantiated rumours. Having said that as Ive said in the past hats off to the blokes who started this site and the cooperation from those at DJR so the crap doesnt go on too long.

Hi Donk, for as long as we have Holden and Ford supporters, we will always have unsubstantiated rumours - I'm with you though that the co - operation from DJR is amazing and really a pat on the back for all the loyal fans on here.

Anyone else read the rubbish that was printed in AA & MN this week about the non-take over of DJR by Kees Weel?? I can't believe either magazine could waste space in there mags by printing rubbish about a rumour that was started by some bloody idiot on an internet forum. Could you imagine an older DJR fan out there & there are plenty of them out there, without access to the internet & not knowing of the ridiculous rumour that has been going around for some months now, picking up his or her weekly edition of AA or MN & reading that rubbish? You'd fall of your chair backwards. Not to mention the damage it has been doing to DJR & it's supporters. AS IF DJR, ONE OF THE BIGGEST & MOST SUCCESSFUL TEAMS IN AUSTRALIAN MOTORSPORT, WOULD SELL OUT TO THE WEELS. Surely the people in the know at these two motorsport mags should have known or done the research to find out there was no truth to this rumour before wasting space in there respective magazines quashing a rumour that was always very short of the mark.
Sorry people, but that's my gripe for the week!

Good Post Rob
i totally agree with you it seems like both magazines are desperate for things to write and just print rumours that are started by idiots on a couple of other forums

Thanx TRU BLU, I'm starting to wonder if it's worth shelling out them few dollars every week on either magazine. AA is now so Holden bias, in particular HRT & the only thing worth reading in it now is the Reverend Limiters report every few weeks. He's got more knowledge on the Australian scene then the rest of them put together.

Yes Rob,
Must admit I almost fell out of my chair when I first read this, not to mention the mess it almost caused in the undies.
But then I remember Steve Chalker saying DEFINATELY NOT.

Hi Guys, it seems that AA and MN's code of ethic includes : "never let the truth get in the way of a good story!!"

Rob 18

Yeah Doug, but in my eyes it wasn't a good story. AA says it can't find room anymore for the bike coverage but can somehow find room to print that rubbish.

Auto Action should be re-named Auto Fiction
Motorsport News should be re-named Motorsport Archive's.
Both these publication's have turned to $#!^^.
They're getting slack for a bit of new's so they have started looking up internet site's for stories.
And we all know some of the tosser's on these site's know JACKS#!%
