    2. "This forum is designated 'Family Friendly' - (ie. we have young & impressionable readers - even if they're not Members/Posters) - therefore language must be moderated! - (how would YOU feel about YOUR 9 year old reading it?)

    3. "Use of characters (eg. #$*@!) that only 'partially' disguise an intended vulgar/offensive word(s) is unacceptable!
If you MUST express yourself in such a manner... use ***** and let the reader's imagination 'fill in the blanks'."

What were the names given (by their owners) to the two big Quick-Lift trucks that were used in the early 80's to rescue stranded cars from the circuit.

Depends on whether it was the sprint round or enduro Kartman.

If it was the sprint round, race 1 he complained about not being able to see through the oil on his windcreen which was flicked up by JB when he went through the fluid left from the demise of the 2 Coke cars at Hell Corner. "it's like looking through a broken sheet of glass".

If it was race 2, he complained about how ugly the car was to drive without the downforce of the rear wing which delaminated heading into the chase. "it wants to swivel on the radiator drain-plug without the rear spoiler".

If you were referring to the enduro, Dick complained about the #18 car holding him up. From memory it was Charlie O'brien at the wheel and Dick asked for 18 to move over for him.

Hope I have covered all bases Kartman [f] :)
