mmmmmmm this is a goody.
well so far all I have is they never won Bathurst. This one may take a while.

They may never have won Bathurst, which was part of my answer, but they have both won something at Bathurst. There's a clue for one of my answers. Get cracking.

they were both first in their class at Bathurst. Terry in 1980 and Garry in 1987. Both from NSW (now I am getting desperate). They are not from down you way are they SF?

Yes, for the classes and yes for NSW. I was born in Liverpool. Finnigan was born in Auburn and lived at Greystanes for a long time. Willmington was born in Luddenham and lives in Goulburn. One more answer and you'll have it.

mmmmmmm. I am stumped so as a last ditch effort - they both had 2 top 10 finishes in AMSCAR [?] They both started 7 Bathursts (really scratching now).

Better minds than mine may have ot field this one - I am thinking too hard and my head hurts :(:([:eek:)]
