Next monday is when Seto will have his 1st test with DJR. Interesting to see if Seton's technical input at the test session next monday will be any benefit for Jnr & Luffy for the final round at EC.

Where's Doug when you need him????????? There has been some reports that a young Mr Moffat tested with DJR yesterday also.. What a combo that would be, Johnson, Seton, Moffat.. Stuff dreams are made of 4 Ford fans..

Word around the traps was that Seto had a good day, logging times comparable with Steve, also that James Moffat posted credible times in his first V8Supercar drive...

Would,nt it be great if Moffat jnr got a ride with DJR in the Lite series next year?? Imagine the extra publicity DJR would generate from just having that name on the side of one of there Falcons..

Here we go...

Hi Mitchell

Glens test went very well, on a very hot Qld day of 40 degrees and a track temp of 60 it was always going to be hard to set any decent times, but Glen was able to about 70 laps and improve the car throughout the day. All in all we were very happy with Glens technical capability and his ability to slide into the team easily. A very positive test day all round.

Sounds good...

Starting to look forward to 2005 Mitch. I think the competition between Seto & Jnr will be fierce next year & hopefully push DJR further up the grid & chasing podioms on a more regular basis..

Interesting article I read the other day on the test session where Glenn Seton participated in for DJR late last year, & the thing that most impressed Seto about the #17 Ford that day was the engines. He couldn't believe how strong they were. Now if only Glenn can help with the power down of the DJR cars then we might be able to utilise all that HP. Here's hoping...
