Great to see!:D Looking at those pics made me realise what an ugly pos that front bar on the EL was. The EB and EF looked much better.

Agreed Jason, there wasn't a tougher looking V8 Supercar than that 94 Shell FAI EB imo with the possible exception of Ambroses Pirtek BA's.

This is great news, One of my favorite Bathurst Fords!
Hopefully this 5.0L Touring car series can become established and run some supports at Bathurst 12hr or Easter weekend (Festival of sporting cars of whatever the name is).

I think DJ will be happy too, As I have heard him say it was his favorite ever Bathurst car.

Just thinking about that & the original article, I'm sure the 94 500 winner & the 94 Bathurst winner were the same chassis & wasn't that the chassis that Bowey destroyed at P.I. in 96???
Iirc the 94 Bathurst winner was Bowes #18 ride wasn't it & they swapped it to #17 for Bathurst & I thought Sandown 500. Reading the Sleuth article it must have been Dick's original #17 that won the Sandown 500 & they swapped chassis's for the 94 Bathurst 1000.
Hard to believe that's nearly 20 years ago now!

20 years wow, I wonder if we will see a anniversary livery for Bathurst? Wilson Sec have been very abliging with Greens Tuf.
Be great to see these cars on track again, I have been loving the Group A and C Touring cars but the Version 1.0 V8 Supercars would be even better.
