I know this probably doesn't belong here but since you guys are more like a family than a forum.... [bw]

Got some dirt to be rid of , more to the point, clay and a scraping of soil. About 50 m3. Being excavated about Late Jan / early Feb 2013.
Can do free delivery within 5 km of home post code 4116.

Or does anyone know of where I can off load clean fill.

Cheers.
:)

The pool builder should know some one or somewhere.

Many moons ago when i was Landscaping and pool building we always had people ringing us up asking for clean fill.

Word of warning.
There are pool builders and there are pool builders.
SPASA membership goes a long way to protecting your investment and it also has a water tight guarantee to make sure the builder doesn't run of and not finish it

Add in your local paper could work and/or bang a few signs to some power poles

I assume you've already checked out the fill being stocked on the beaudesert road end of the development where the Tetra nursery used to be?

Been too long out of that kind of business now.

Thanks guys, thats reassuring to read that BigCol. You get told a lot of contradicting stuff when you shop around. We went with a SPASA manufacturer, even though you get told a lot of contrary stuff from the builders that dont offer SPASA. I was wondering if you knew someone TS50 - the joint on Beaudesert Rd has been unattended for the past few weeks but I will ask them as soon as i see them. There was a joint on Watson and Learoyd rd Willowong that recycles dirt, rubble and those types of materials I think.

As you were saying Col, I thought the pool builder would know where to dump it - maybe the pool sales rep isn't as well connected as the pool installer.

There used to be a fill register, people could leave a phone number or contact details on it when looking for fill

http://www.landfillregister.com.au/findfillqld.php

The one at the bottom at New Beith would not be too far out of the way.
